contact page.
1. I can't view the video files.
The video content is encoded using Adobe Flash. You need to have the latest version of the FLASH PLAYER installed on your computer. If your computer is more than 2 years old then use the following link to download and install the free flash player.
www.adobe.com/flashplayer.
Flash video is the same video format you would find on most video blogging and social network sites such as
www.youtube.com. If after you have installed the flash player you are still not able to access the video content then please try to view video content on
www.youtube.com. It is possible that your security settings on your computer are blocking flash video.
If you can access video on
www.youtube.com then please email
support@dfctv.co.uk with a description of the problem and the video you are trying to watch. If you have paid for the download then an invoice number would also help.

This problem is due to a setting on your own computer this is not storing your details when you login. If you are running some kind of internet security software it may be worth disabling that and trying again.
